Ma Normega ko rozana lenay se bohat behtar mehsoos kar raha hu. Meri diet me Omega 3 fats bohat kam thay jis ki wjha se meri brain aur heart health bht bigarr chuki thi. Even meri knee me b bht stiffness feel hoti thi. kuch arsa pehlay ma ne Normega use karna shuru ki aur tab se ma bht bahtar mehsoos kar raha hu.
