Well I was having pain in my knees whenever i bent my knees so after 10 to 15mints the pain started and slowly and gradually going to be worse, then i started using jointin D and thanks to Allah Almighty and nutrifactor this has been controlled upto 80% now i can sit with my knees bend for more than 20mints having no pain...
