1. How do I track my order?

2. What are the shipping charges & time?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is above AED. 125 in major cities of UAE only. Shipping may take 2-4 days. Shipping may take 2-4 days. Other than UAE, Custom clearance will be your responsibility.
3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for nutrifactoruae.com?
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call +971505736175 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.
4. How do I return Nutrifactor products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased Nutrifactor products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased Nutrifactor products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.

The RedBox Click and Collect service is currently available only in the United Arab Emirates.
RedBox offers smart parcel locker services that allow customers to receive and return their Nutrifactor orders through secure lockers located across the UAE.
RedBox allows you to collect your order from a locker near your home or workplace at your convenience. There is no need to coordinate delivery times with a courier, making it a faster and more flexible option.
At checkout, under "Shipping Method" select the RedBox Locker option.
You will see a list of available RedBox locations in your area along with their address and operating hours.
Choose the most convenient locker and complete your order as usual.
Once your order is placed in the locker, you will receive an SMS containing a PIN code and a tracking link.
Visit the selected RedBox locker and enter the PIN code or scan the QR code to open the locker and collect your package.
Your package will remain in the RedBox locker for up to 48 hours from the time it is deposited.
RedBox lockers are placed at various locations across the UAE including shopping malls, supermarkets, and residential communities.
You can extend the pickup time through the tracking link or by contacting RedBox customer support.
An extension fee may apply.
If the pickup period is not extended, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

No. RedBox lockers accept only electronic payments such as credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Yes. Returns through RedBox lockers are available for selected orders.
After contacting Nutrifactor customer support, you will receive a return PIN code via SMS.
Go to the nearest RedBox locker, select “Package Returns,” and enter the PIN code.
Attach the printed return label to your package and place it inside the locker.
No registration is required. Simply select the RedBox Locker option as your delivery method during checkout.
Yes. Anyone with the PIN code can collect the package.
Please note that RedBox and Nutrifactor are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the PIN code is shared.
